Glen started training students in Martial Arts in the late 1990’s. From there he gained his qualifications in the fitness industry in Canberra in 2002 and proceeded to build a personal training business and move into group instruction. This combination led Glen to develop popular indoor/outdoor training programs (such as Boot Camp) and multilevel Corporate Health Programs.
Glen’s desire to ensure a broad knowledge base has directed him to secure solid connections with allied health professionals. This provides a two way referral opportunity and helps strengthen the link between the health and fitness industries.
Glen has helped people from all walks of life to lose fat, gain muscle, find motivation, become accountable, touch their toes, become happier, more confident, like themselves and enjoy life.

Jacqui started in the fitness industry working with community groups and children in her local area. Since the late 80’s Jacqui has had the opportunity to work in many area of the fitness industry. Some of these areas include: training and management, group fitness and Corporate Health, Personal Training and seminar presentations, fitness course presenter, wellness course developer and facilitator,
This varied career has enabled her to work with community groups and rehabilitation providers, seniors, teens, sports specific clients and school groups, training institutions as well as the general population. Jacqui is also a mother of 3 and a grandmother to 3. Having had her last child at age 51 she values the importance of health, fitness and wellness in her life immensely.
